I had such a fantastic time at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering stunning city views day and night. The team really went above and beyond to make my birthday special. The location was super convenient with multiple nearby stations for easy travel. The dining options were varied, but some may find them limited. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Roberto Reid and the housekeeping staff. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with modern amenities like Bluetooth speakers and electronically operated curtains. The city views from the huge windows were spectacular. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of evening preparations like slippers and bed turndown service.
